Brief description

In these enchanting earrings, the letters U and S are traced by the Golden bodies of interweaving Serpents. Although [U]’s shape is formed by one continuous line its two ends rise independently, suggesting a dual expression of unity. [U] metaphorically illustrates the interrelation between U and I (between the two and one, or self and other). It is fitting that the sound [U] is a word referring to others. The letter [S] is formed by two alternately faced [U]s, which symbolize the waxing and waning moon. [S] represents the ceaseless flux between things (between; living and dying, waking
and sleeping etc.). It was hieroglyphically illustrated by a reared-backed, undulating snake.
